With more than two decades of experience in education, Heather dedicates herself to building connection, confidence, and community among learners and faculty, especially adjunct instructors. She designs and delivers personalized professional development and ongoing mentorship that empower educators, businesses, and learners to thrive in learning environments.

Heather leads course‑improvement initiatives, facilitates evidence‑based teaching discussions, and cultivates meaningful relationships. A recent milestone was designing and developing a department‑embedded Faculty Learning Communities, a toolkit that equips adjuncts with the resources and peer support they need to succeed.
